The upper fabric is made of custom grained calfskin, which means that the surface of the genuine leather has not been subjected to secondary processes such as coating, embossing, etc.

It retains the original texture and grain of the animal, and its dyeing must be dip-dyed and cannot be spray-dyed. Dip-dyed means that the entire leather is completely immersed in the dye

The dye can evenly and slowly penetrate into every corner of the leather, is not easy to fade, and will not produce pigment precipitation. The color of the front and back is consistent, and the original texture and texture can be retained.

If you look closely, the leather grain and pores are very natural, more three-dimensional, and the surface has a matte effect.

Ordinary leather base is not enough to make this pair of white shoes.

You need to use leather that feels fleshy to make it look textured.

If it is too glossy, it will look fake, so I struggled for a long time to customize the grain effect.

The creases on the leather grain after kneading it hard are very natural and will not become wrinkled after wearing for a long time.

The lining is a custom-made slightly darker beige plateau yak leather. Yak leather is thick, soft, skin-friendly and more durable. Brothers who have worn it say that it "feels great on the feet!"

The sample sole material is relatively brittle, not safe, easy to crack, and not so comfortable to walk on. The optimized all-cow tendon outsole is formed in one piece with a steel mold. This mold is very expensive: -5800 per size.

But after the injection and cooling of the glue, the steel mold is pulled out, and the position of the toe color cannot be perfect.

There may be uneven edges, but it is not obvious.

The beige sole part has a matte texture with a slightly dirty and old effect.

The sole and the upper have contrasting colors, which have a sense of layering and are more resistant to dirt.
