The upper fabric is made of a special blended waterproof fabric. Because of its special textile process, this fabric has a high density and is much more waterproof.

A layer of breathable foam is glued in the middle of the cloth. This cloth alone is glued by a professional machine in three processes. If it is not glued well, it will be uneven and difficult to make. After the foam is glued, it is cut again. Because of the special shape, the loss is relatively large.

There is also a 1cm thick foam hidden in the invisible heel, which is very comfortable and will not hurt your feet.

The cowhide leather used for the upper is fetal cowhide leather. 3 feet is equivalent to 1.5 pairs of shoes.

Black leather is the first layer of calfskin. The amount of leather used for a pair of shoes is 1 foot, which is equivalent to a pair of shallow shoes. You can only choose the first layer of calfskin with a tight and solid inner layer.

The shape of the tattoo is very wasteful because the cut material is not shaped and is difficult to reuse.

A pair of shoes requires 4 of these shapes, so the loss is extremely high.

The sole is a custom-made TPU outsole that is very non-slip. Generally, the TPR material used outside to save costs is half the price. After the upper and sole are made, they are put into the oven to heat up and then the sole is manually attached. The shoes with the sole attached are put into the oven again to deepen the adhesion between the upper and the sole.

The insole is a custom-made high-elastic latex shoe with a raised heel. It is 1.2 cm thick and can’t be stepped on. It has good resilience and is very comfortable. I made the insole detachable for easy replacement and cleaning.

I also did a water test. Let's first talk about the situation of fetal bovine fleece being exposed to water.

Because of the characteristics of leather, it is easy to leave marks when it comes into contact with water. Similarly, this model of fetal cow suede will also leave watermarks when it comes into contact with water after the water dries. However, if the dried watermark is gently tapped repeatedly with your fingernails, the watermark will disappear and the leather surface will return to normal.
