This piece of leather is the closest to what I found on the market, but the color is too dark, it needs to be a little browner

The color of the leather on the market doesn't match, so I have to send it to the leather factory to make a mold and pattern

I used the Italian method to first put on the plaster mold

Although it requires more steps and is more troublesome, the result is the best

The sole looks like black in the picture, but it is actually a dark brown color customized by private model

The one-piece cowhide sole is very soft and the heel has a 1 cm thick slope

The pattern of the sole is also customized according to 1:1 and has a good anti-slip effect

This leather is rubbed grain calfskin. It has not been embossed or embossed on the surface. Instead, it retains the original texture and feel of the leather. Therefore, the grain of the finished shoes is very natural after post-processing. The dark and light echo each other, and the aging effect is obvious, with a strong retro feel.

The insole is also a one-piece high-elastic insole made by mold opening. It has good resilience and is not easy to deform. The insole has a hidden 1 cm high inner height-enhancing effect behind the heel. Although this shoe looks like a flat shoe from the outside, the sole and insole are each hidden with a 1 cm high thickness, so it is very comfortable to wear. At first, I thought that only the fabric would be customized, but the insole and sole were customized by mold opening. Sure enough, what you like is not simple. When can I find ready-made materials without customization and reduce the difficulty of development~~

The insoles are made of frosted sheepskin. Sheep suede is soft, skin-friendly and breathable. The touch and sweat absorption of the insoles are amazing, and the comfort of wearing them is greatly improved.

The finished product is out. Every step of the development is for this moment. Little by little, it has not only gone from nothing to something, but also from the unknown to what I am satisfied with. Whether it is the shoe shape, color, details or comfort, it perfectly reflects my efforts in the past two months. Everything is worth it. It seems that the twists and turns in the development have been interpreted at this moment.
